Director of Care, Sarah Cormican and her staff do their utmost to guarantee that Parke House Residents receive first class care and assistance, all the while encouraging independence and choice for the individual. A philosophy of care exists and is practiced daily by the dedicated team of staff, carefully tailoring the days duties to each resident, in particular regard to each individual's need.

Either Director of Care, or the Nurse in Charge will ensure all perspective residents and their families and friends are given a guided tour during an Inspection Visit. On arrival an Introduction to staff and other residents is made to ensure all newcomers are made feel instantly at home and at ease.
