Matron Sarah Cormican and her staff do their utmost to ensure that Sancta Maria residents receive first class care and assistance, all the while encouraging independence and choice. A philosophy of care exists and is practiced daily by the dedicated team of staff, carefully tailoring the day's duties to each resident, with particular regard to each individual's needs.

Either Matron, or the nurse in charge will ensure all prospective residents and their families and friends are given a guided tour during an inspection visit. On arrival an introduction to staff and other residents is made to ensure all newcomers are made feel instantly at home and at ease. Simply stated in words, we have renowned staff, and much praised care - now we have the building to match.
